Not commonly known, but when you see "WHITE FISH" offered in a grocery store, it is usually Shark.
Sounds like it's time to turn the tables.
A good sized shark (capable of that kind of attack) would be enough to stuff a freezer full, but I bet most people wouldn't want to eat any part of it.

Kind of like ordering dolphin at a seafood restaurant. People look at you like you're a monster because you're eating Flipper. Which would be a porpoise, not a dolphin, but don't tell them that, it ruins the fun.
