V10 engine needed for 1998 E350

V10 engine needed for 1998 E350
I have a much loved 1998 E350 with the V10 engine.
My engine hydraulic locked a couple years ago and has had a slight rod knock ever since. It ran well other than that but now it is getting coolant into the combustion chambers (again, was 'fixed' before with head gasket sealer in radiator). Since rebuilding the engine can expose MANY costly things like a cracked block, cracked head etc. I would rather swap the engine for a good running one.
The problem is where do I find one?
Will the V10 from a pick up or Excursion bolt right in my van?
Another issue is I don't want to fool with it. I want to find someone who will swap the engine but not rape my wallet while doing it.
Is there anyone in southeast Michigan that wants to do this for me?
