those bolts will get ya every time...almost. when i did my add a leafs much to my suprise all 4 spring bolts came right out. if you have a big impact try shakein the bolt loose with that, the last time we did spring bolts we ended up cuttin them with the torch though

the bolts arent bad, the bushings are murder. its nearly impossible to get that sleeve out. i took a hole saw, it chewed the rubber out then just took a torch and blew a line out of the slin, then knocked it right out. its so thin that you dont run the risk at all of harming the spring eye

if you have those factory 1 piece bushings, I would try taking a real big C clamp welding a nut to then end near the handle then putting an impact on it

well didn't go as planned.... we got my buddies snap on impact which is a beast and it got it to budge but then broke the inner ring loose of the old rubber so im guessing the bolt is stuck to the inner ring so we tried the air hammer and it still wont break loose tried sledge hammer and still nothing so tommorrow its cuttin torch time for that damn bolt. then off to john deere on saturday for the press. and i got the OEM one piece bushings they were all out of the 2 piece poly bushings so i guess we'll just press the new ones in.

When I did my one rear hanger over the summer, the inner sleeve actually came out with the bolt (was rusted to it). I cut the bushing and had to yank it out with vise grips in a couple pieces, then cut the outer shell with a sawzall and very slowly chip at it with a chisel until I could collapse it and pull it out. Definitely a pain, the outer shell was the worst part.
