That's a 1963 casting number for some cooling system item for a truck, according to this decoder ring:

Could be a y-block, could be something else.
How many bolts in the valve covers?
Do the heads go under the valve covers?
Does the exhaust from the driver side cross over to the passenger side manifold in the front of the engine?
6 or 8 cylinders?
What vehicle is it in?

There is no such thing as a casting or part basic number of 8015.
8015 is actually 6015 = the bare block's basic casting number.

Engine casting numbers cannot be cross-referenced to Ford part numbers.
C3TE, if a V8, could be a 292 or a Lincoln based Y block 302 or 332.
If an I-6, either a 223 or 262.

As far as I know I cant tell the difference either without measuring the
bore and stroke. Also back then we use to use 368's (57Merc) far as I
know ,to me that was a punched out 332 I dont think they were trucked
up like a 332 but they worked
