Hey, guys-gals I have a 67 Ton truck with a dump bed. I'm trying to find out what motor is in it, the guys at NAPA think it is a 352 but we couldn't find the engine code in any of their parts books, the engine code is K. I was trying to find out cause I need to find some parts for the old gal. Any help would be greatly appreciated, Thanks

According to my '67 factory manual, the K gasoline engine is a 477 CID 4 barrel. It's the medium size of the Super Duty series truck engines (available in 401, 477 and 534 CID sizes). Nothing in common at all with the 352 FE-series engines, other than the Ford heritage.

Thanks, but it dosen't look as big as say a 477. It's probably not the original motor. I the motor stamped with the size or is there a tag some were. Also the hoist is extremely slow up and down what gives? Thanks

My '67 353CI has the numbers 04 67 stamped on the intake. I am assuming that means April 1967.

Have you checked the hydraulic lines carefully for leaks, as well as the Hydraulic fluid reservoir levels?

V8 engine for 67 F350 would be FE 352. Spark plug wires are like this both sides \\ // intake manifold goes under the valve covers about an inch.
