I'm having trouble getting the rear disc brake off. I've removed the retaining clips and loosened the parking brakes but the disc won't budge. Any suggestions?
It's on a 95 explorer rear brakes. I've tapped around the studs with a 2 lb hammer but nothing still budges. Am I missing something? I didn't take off the caliper mount, but I don't think that should interfere.
use a propane torch and heat it up and then bang on it hard with a hammer. thats what i had to do to get mine off cause it was rusted on there from me going off road.
