Alright, my 2006 F-250 diesel FX4 Lariat has the premium ford sound system. The one with six disc CD and all the good stuff. There is an aux button but I cant find the aux port to plug anything into. I have an Ipod the I use in my Jeep with the A/M stereo that has an aux port. I cant find anything about this stereo. not even in the owners manual. Any ideas?

The Aux plug is in the back of the stereo. You need an aftermarket box to make it work. Look up PIE adapter for an IPOD, etc.

I have a 2005 and the 6 disc still works. Well I took it out of my truck with 115 miles on it and have put it on a shelf ever since.

Yup, you need the PIE adapter. That was one of the first things I did to my truck.

LOL--my daughter's 03 Escape w/ 6 disc changer still "works" as long as it only uses 5 cd's. Slot "6" gets hung up and won't cycle. Occassionally I have to pull it out and remove all the disc's manually and it will go back to working. My single disc in my truck won't eject anymore and only one or two radio buttons work. WTF is up with that??
