Timing
I got a 1992 Ford F250 with the 5.0 EFI and E4OD auto transmission. I was wondering about checking the ignition timing in it. I see the emissions tag on the hood with the info for what it needs to be set at but I'm not sure if it's adjustable. I read in my Haynes repair manual about how to do it and unhook the Spout connector and what not, but then I seen somewhere else that it's NOT able to be adjusted and shouldn't be attempted. Which Is true? I'm confused haha

Yes you can adjust your timing. Its a very common thing to bump the timing up on these trucks for a little more power.
