Excursion High Idle Mod....Can be done
So it can be done and all the while I did not find the post on this site for the mod. In the link to the thread I started on the Excursion forum there is a reply from William_04_x with a link to his post on this topic. I never found it while searching but here it is. Also in my original post I referred to the author of a post on another site that I got the info on the mod. His write-up is excellent and easy to follow.

With all this info anyone should be able to do the "Excursion High Idle Mod". It's a new term for the Excursion owners, because the high idle mod for trucks doesn't work on the Excursions.
