leacking fuel when cold
hey guys are work truck is a 99sd, and in the mornings when its cold it leacks fuel , it looks like its leacking on passangers side, vally pan has a little fuel in it, but when ist running it pours a stream out,sone duddys have said it was a water in fuel senser, others say fpr not sure though, my 96 did kinda the same thing last year and i think it was an oring in the fpr, not sure though, could use any help , wanna try and save them some money, ford gets 90 an hour i only get 30, well 15 shop time but beats being at home! thanks

Mine was doing the same thing. It is most likely your fuel drain valve leaking, but the other o rings on the fuel bowl could be leaking too. I went ahead and resealed the whole fuel bowl. It only took about an hour and now there is no more leaks. Here is the kit I used.
