Engine Hoist Bracket for Inline 6

According to the 1954 Ford Truck Shop Manual there is a Ford lifting arm/bracket for properly lifting and removing the 6 cylinder engine found in my 1954 F250. Does anyone know if such lifting arms are still around or made in the aftermarket world? Any other suggestions for properly hoisting a 6 out with damaging the engine? Thanks.

A couple of Grade 8 bolts that will screw into the head via the holes for the IM will work just fine. Two bolts into the head held up my entire 223 and it's 3-spd trans with no problem.
