I just took your engine hours, then subtracted the PTO hours and came up with an average spped of 30 MPH to get your total mileage.
Given the PTO time and the low average speed, that engine don't see a real load on it for a very high percentage of the total run time.
If that were an old school mechanical diesel I would suspect damage like you would find in a wet stacked diesel.
Rings gummed up, cylinders washed down and possibly worn valve guides.
Does that engine raise the idle RPM and close the back pressure valve if it has one to keep the engine temps up like the Strokes do?
Don't know much about the 466, but one of the local masonry supply places have a bunch of them.
Their trucks seem to have a lot more pep than what you show in the video.
They normally have about 10 tons on for loads on their dump trucks.
