hello everyone .i just helped a freind out by buying his f350 4x4.it has 213000 kilometers on it body wise and interior is like a new truck.i just read all the stuff about egr and headgaskets now im scared to no end.do i keep it or sell it. its such a beautifull truck but if its going to kill me money wise i would love to know .please any information would so so appreciated. thank you all in advance. the truck was not used hard , thats all i know its a 2004
