Are you talking about the metal fule lines going from your injection pump to the top of fule injectors , or are you talking about the lines between the injectors, they are called return lines if you didnt know , just tryin to help !

I would take the injector line off and see if there is any dirt or grime in the threads of the fitting on the end, and to see if it is cross threaded from who installed it last and also look at the part of the injector that i screws into for the same stuff if the injector line is damaged you need to get a new one ,and if the injector is damaged you should replace all the injectors at the same time so they all match ,if you need a quick fix i would just use some teflon tape to stop the leak.
