I'm getting ready to lift my truck this winter. I want to go with a 4" suspension lift. I don't want a cheap eBay brand or something that won't do good off road, where can I go to look at what's out there. Like if I go to quadratec and look at lift kits for jeeps they are all laid out in front of me. Is there anything like that for my truck? 1992 150
I would use tuff country. I lifted my F250 I-Beam 4" with their lifts and it worked pretty well. Its going to be more of a pain since 150s are coil springs, but I'm sure they can help.
As for the rear, a simple shackle flip is just as good as any spring or block kit. I did mine in a few hours for $16. Let me know if you have questions or want some pics of my shackle flip. shortckt@ksu.edu
Tuff Country, Skyjacker and Superlift all make good kits, just make sure to get the extended radius arms option with whichever one you go with.
FWIW, I am partial to the Tuff Country (NOT rough country), had one on my old 78 Bronco and have a 6" one on my 90 F250. All the parts were there, good quality and decent price. One of the things I like on my TTB on the F250 is the adjustable cam bolts that come with the drop brackets to help adjust the camber.

I sent you an email. I would love to see some pics and maybe a short install guide. I'm looking for a good mix between quality and budget. I know that they usually don't go hand and hand but I'm not driving 100mph over rocks. I might see some mud cover my tires once a month.
