cool link. i was hoping that it would quote it's curb weight. I cannot believe how hard it is to find just a generic from the factory weight. No offense to anyone else posting their weights. I dont care what your truck weights now. I want a referance from the factory is all.

That information isn't hard to find. The easiest way is if you have a tire and loading sticker on your truck. It looks like this:
You take the max payload and subtract it from your GVWR. In the case of my F150 it would be 7,650-1,789 = 5,861 lbs. You can also look at the truck specs pages found HERE or HERE. There is a page for each model year that includes front and rear curb weights as well as numerous other figures.
ok thanks, i dont have that door sticker. i did find the weight thread but i dismissed it when i seen box delete in the header. and the corrosponding weight of 7510. I dont see how that is close. Since getting my truck I have only dropped weight im guessing 500lbs of emissions exhaust crap. guess because i dont have a beginning weight. Hence the searching. But i'm over 700lbs higher than that number still. (no driver no gear and fuel on E. stock tires wheels etc.) Weight was taken on local CAT scale aswell.

I don't know what truck you have, but from this description I'm gonna guess you have 6.4L or 6.7L Powerstroke engine. The exhaust doesn't weigh anywhere close to that much, it's probably between 2-300 lbs at most.
What truck do you have? I can see about looking this up.
Just looked it up, and the factory specs show a base curb weight of 7,960 lbs.
My '08 was also a diesel CC short bed, and ithad a 10,000 lb GVWR and a loading sticker that said 1,984 lbs of available payload. That put it somewhere around 8,016 lbs curb weight, which matched up pretty well with the couple of times I had it on a scale.
that weight's for DRW F-350. I appreciate your looking into this though. i have the turnover ball trailer prep package, and the 10,000lbs pack too. i dont think thats 700lbs though. Especially after taking off the stock exhaust which was over 200lbs. the egr brackets were cast iron. I dont remember their weight but they were heavy. etc etc.
