Edge programmer on 2010 FX4....Help!

Edge programmer on 2010 FX4....Help!

I have searched the threads and found scattered info on the Edge Evolution CS tuners but am still wondering how well they work.
I will be hauling a 30' Fifth Wheel and heard it doesnt tune the TCM? The 6 speed does a pretty good job but could be improved.
Does it eliminate the drastic pedal lag?
I am looking for real feed back from anyone who is running one of these on a 2009 or 2010 F150.
