summit shorty headers ??? 5.0
summit shortys (pacesetters) supposedly direct bolt on. The stock flange on
my manifolds is 2" the flange on the headers is 2.5". Ive tried tightning them
as best I could but still leak anybody else had this problem?? Do they make
an adapter flange?

I had that problem with the BBK headers I tried to install a few years ago. They also did not line up right. The Hedmans had defictive welds on them, so I gave up on headers and just have manifolds. Its staying that way too. I know alot of people that have leaks and other problems with headers. As long as my truck is a daily driver, it will have manifolds.
