That's the thing - he doesn't have a ton of resources at all! He makes more than due with what he's got! And as for talent - it is something he is learning along the way. Anyone can do it, you've just got to decide you want to and go for it. That kid sure did!

I was speaking more along the lines of the welder/welding experience for talent resources, lol. But yes, I would definitely agree he's a baller on a budget!
