C4 Direct Clutch Piston
Hello, I am in the process of overhauling a C4 transmission and finally got to opening (releasing the spring) on the direct clutch. The video I have states there is a check ball in the piston that I should hear rattling around. Mine does not seem to have it. My guess is it may have popped out somewhere along the line. Does anyone have any ideas where one could find the correct size check ball for this piston, or whether I am forced to buy a new piston...and if so any suggestions where? Thanks in advance for any help.
