Help! oil leak problem.
I have an 04 6.0 f-350. (ICP on the valve cover) I pretty sure that the leak is coming from the base gasket/o-ring. Ive pulled the filter housing radiator and now im working on the fan clutch.... i didn't do the dye in the oil thing but now im thinking i should have. you really cant see anything on these motors. The truck runs fine but this oil leak is ruining my driveway and frustrates me to no end! should i put it back together and do the dye test of keep digging myself a hole....

Go down to the 6.0 forum Tech folder there is a find any oil leak thread.https://www.ford-trucks.com/forums/8...att66f100.html If it is a bed plate leak it is a ton of work to fix,ie pull motor to do it properly.
