Tires and wheels
Just inherited grandpa's 1976 F250 2WD pickup. It was a farm truck with chunky tires and original steel wheels which were great for driving around the farm fields. No rust and only 66k miles, so very nice truck.
We are now only going to use the truck on long highway trips and getting around the city. Need a nice looking wheel to dress the truck up some and a comfortable highway tire that will give a great ride and quiet road noise.
Yep, we are getting soft I know, but I already did the big, noisy, bad riding tires in my younger years. Now looking for comfort.
Ideas??

For wheels I like the 16" aluminum wheels on some of the 92-97 or so F-250's & 350s.
I'm running 315/75r16 (35") BFG all terains and I like them. They fit at stock height and look good. If you want a quieter or less agressive tread the Long Trail TA BFG has work well.
