Well, after seeing the first picture all I can think to say is something my dad used to say, "You can't park that piece of ***** right there!" Sorry man, maybe it's time to get into a different truck, seems that one's got some bad mojo.
haha flood wrecks might give him worse mechanical problems down the road lmao.. But wow, three times, you deff got your money outta that rig!! lol If you decide to rebuild it dont forget about the pics BTW glad your ok, thats what counts.
Man, so sorry to hear about this. I've always admired how your truck looks every time I see your sig picture. Makes me sorry I didn't buy a white one every time. Glad you're OK, though.
Glad no one was hurt. All you guys up north need to slow down in snow.
It wasn't a speed issue, and snow is no problem. Road went from dry to icy in a spot where a rock bluff shades the roadway. Normally ice isn't a problem for me, but it was rutted really terribly. The other lane was pretty clear and when I went to change lanes the ruts held the rear tires and it just went sideways. Made the whole 6 hour trip on solid ice with the same tires last year and never had a problem, but it didn't have the ruts like this time. DOT hadn't bladed the road yet that day so by the time I got to it at 1pm the combo of MgCl they use do de-ice, wind blowing snow, and 20F temps made bad drifts that accentuated the ruts. What pisses me off is they bladed that stretch 3 times, put down gravel and more MgCl all while I was waiting for a tow truck. Should have done it a little earlier than 1pm.

I don't know how you all do it up there. We get ice maybe once every 3 years or so and it lasts about a day.
wow! do people crash all the time on that part of the road ? thats some bad luck. is there a reason why your didnt have full coverage? is it because you have to many accidents?
