key fob
Anyone have their key fob crap the bed? Got locked out of my truck this morning let mytruck warm up. Lock actuator kept clicking up and down, locks did not move, did it for 25 minutes.I had to pull up the lock **** with a pair of needle nose pliers to get in after I crawled through my slider to get in the truck. I am assuming the batteries in my key fob went south.

I might be wrong but thought if engine is running and you lock the doors then remote will not unlock them, you need the spare door key. Or are we not on the same page here and you are referring to something else?

yeah your right on that, remot wont unlock doors with truck running, i found that out the hard way as well, so now i got a spair door key and all is good, o wait as long as you check and your door key is for your locks, myn was not, so put new door locks in and all is good now!
