Wishing all my fellow Slicksters a Happy Thanksgiving.
I got a 20lb turkey in the Weber at 5:20AM, and will be joining the rest of the family at my sisters for traditional Tday meal.

Hope you have a good Thanksgiving, John. We're having Thanksgiving at our house and all of the family will be here. We have a large turkey and family will bring other dishes. Weather is ok, so it should be a nice day. I wish everyone here a Happy thanksgiving, too.

Happy Thanksgiving to all! John, I am thanksful for all of the advice and wisdom you and the other longtime posters bring to this site. It would be hard to make progress without all of you. I just got my '66 out of the muffler shop Tuesday. It sounds GOOD! The family will be here and the turkey is on. Everyone have a good day!

Happy Thanksgiving to y'all. Drove 15 hours to from Nashville to Austin,Tx to visit my daughter. Looks like there's no time to work on the slick this weekend, but that's ok... the turkey is cooking!

Back at you john!!! To "ALL" have a happy Thanksgiving.!!!. Life is good, family met at sister house; took her about 4 1/2 hrs to prepare and took me 15-20 min's to devour, now about ready to go belly up and have not gotten to the pie and icecream yet. Again, to FTE members, happy Holidays!!!

Happy Thanksgiving! Everyone here had a great Thanksgiving! Smoked a 14# bird.
Celebrated with our kids on Wed. since everyone had to travel back home today to be back at work on Friday! Wife and I had leftovers today!
Got to get rested up so I can make sure the Lionel holiday trains stay on track and run on time tomorrow at the mall. I always wanted to be a train engineer!!

Happy Thanksgiving everybody. We went to my in-laws at noon, then had another Thanksgiving with my extended family in the evening. I spite of the freezing rain, it was a great holiday. I hope everyone else had a great Thanksgiving.

Happy Thanksgiving all! I spent it with family at my mother in law's house. 28 people and a fairly good time. I sure ate well and most of the company was good. There is just one person I usually avoid and ended up sitting across from her during dinner. All I can say is that I was raised to not say anything if its not nice. She must be my antithesis. I just smiled and said a silent prayer and thanked God for another year with my family. My dad used to say that when you argue with an idiot no one can tell the difference. I am so glad he shared that with me. Saved me some pain tonite.

Things went well for us, 21 in attendance, tooo many leftovers, too many things to sample.
Good to see others had a big day as well.
