I am looking for a diagram of the all the vacuum ports on the thermostat housing. What do they all do?? does one control the heater box motor on the air cleaner along with the bi-metal switch?? If anyone has a diagram, could you send me one??

What engine and does the trruck live in Calif?

 

I could use the same info. My new carb should show up tomorrow and I was noticing tonight that some of the vacuum hoses are rigged. I especially need to hook up the AC/heater vacuum hose. My distributer advance seems to be working correctly with the heat of the engine though... I got that much right. Mine is a '76 360 2V.


P.S. I had to change the diaphram(accelerator pump, power valve or whatever its called) on my carb because it sprung a bad leak. For some strange reason I gained about 30 horses. I can spin the 36.5s now.

Still changing the carb though,.. can't live without a choke!
