IPR? HPOP?

So I'm still having issues with this truck... I recently started driving it again over the holidays it seems to be getting worse. I had to make a 150 mile drive the other day and had to shut it off multiple times because it was acting up.
It now does it going down the road at 55 and enventually will get to the point where it can't handle a load. Turn it off and start back up and she runs fine for a while.
I started to think it could have been a plugged filter so I replaced the 2 micron post filter and left the 150 pre. I've never heard of anyone plugging a 150 micron filter? I should probably change it out tomorrow regardless.
So, any ideas here? I don't think it's the HPOP. I somewhat think it could be the IPR, but I don't really have the IPR symptoms do I?
It's funny because I can get on it going through the gears but once I hit 50+ it doesn't want to run right sometimes. The engine builds more boost than it used to at those speeds.
