Which Edge Insight?
I just replaced my oil and egr coolers and have run it with my AE hooked up to verify my temps and they are good, EOT within 2 degrees of the ECT but I cant use the AE while driving for obvious reasons. I was thinking of getting an Edge Insight, but not sure which one. There seem to be many variations so I was hoping for some guidance. My truck is completly stock except for the Bullet proof EGR cooler, coolant filter and a 4" turbo back exhaust. I guess I really need it for the two temps right?
I have glowshift trans, FP and EGT gauges already.
Also, I noticed and figured the dash EOT gage is useless, since it seems to reach mid range in like 5 minutes. But that leads me to another question, does the EOT gauge on the dash have any bearing on the computer since I am certain it isnt correct?
