Fan squeaking

Fan squeaking
I just noticed when I get out of my truck sometimes I hear the squeaking under the hood! I assume it is the radiator fan spinning down?? What should I do? Is it a big issue? I have a 6 hour drive on thanksgiving! Do I need to worry? Thanks in advance!!!!!

Perhaps the drive belt? They're easy to replace and relatively inexpensive. How old and how many miles do you have on the truck? I noticed a little chirp from mine on a cooler morning last week too.

Yup, same thing. O'Reily's has the off-brand for $18. I think they also sell the Motocraft, probably around $25.
