Bumper compatibility
Hey fellas,
I usually lurk in the IDI Pre-powerstroke forum, but I'm searching for answers for my Dad's truck tonight. He has an '03 F350 2wd and we're looking for used front and rear bumpers. (Don't ya hate jerks who hit your car in the parking lot!?)
As far as I understand, it seems like the 99-04 is of one chassis design and then 05+ is another chassis design. Or am I on the wrong foot there?
I found an ad for a chrome rear bumper for an '04 F250. Will this fit the '03? At the same time, I read a thread where members said the 08 bumper looked sweet on their 01's...
As for the front, just a standard replacement chrome bumper will do the trick. Am I looking for 99-04? Seems I read in one thread about a gap if you install an '05+ front bumper on a 99-04 rig
