Oh boy...

I moved from Utah to PA 2 weeks ago. In doing so, I used the truck to tow my Lincoln the entire 2200 miles.

While the truck made it, it didn't do it without issues...I now have some bad vibrations in the front when I reach 45 mph.. i replaced ball joints, tie rods and ends earlier this year, I'm now looking for other possibilities....

Anyone?

How are your tires? some times a bad tire or mud stuck in your wheel can cause vibration.

I agree, most common cause would be a belt broken in a tire, look for a bulge in the sidewall of the tire.

If it is a BAD vibration and you notice it more on turns and bumps, it's the shocks.
Also, don't assume just because you replaced your tie rod ends and ball joints, that they are not worn out already. Check 'em out!

first thing you want to do is start with the basics.
you traveled a long ways at interstate speeds.
look at each side of the tires around the rims,to see if any weights are missing.since this just happened, you'll see the spot where they were.
of course also look at the front side as well.
while looking, inspect both sides of the sidewall, for any bulges.

it can of course be a number of other problems.but that's the first place to start.wheel balance & broken belt.

What if your truck has one wheel weight which is different then the other three? Would it cause a noticeable difference?

No, because each tire is balanced differently, hence there's different sizes of weights.

I'll have a mechanic here check them out...with the new job, it's dark when I go in, dark when I get off, and 10+ hours a day makes for a long day. Besides...all of my stuff is in my garage in Ohio.

I hate moving...I now have crap in three different states.
