I bought a 0-100psi liquid filled gauge and some fittings from my local hydraulic shop so I can hard mount a gauge where the shreader valve is.
Question is.... can I remove that shreader valve and install this without worry of getting air into the system? Also, I'm assuming that when the engine is off there won't be any pressure in the system right there, so I can pull it off safely?
I dont think you would get significant amount of air. it would quickly purge out if it did. if you push the schraeder core in and theres no pressure, should be ok.
