starting problems

my 95 f250 5.8 wont start in the cold weather unless i prime it with fuel through the trottle body. after that it runs just fine. anybody know what could be wrong?

Sounds like fuel pump issues. Do you here a "whine" when you turn the key on for a couple seconds?(before turning to start). It builds fuel rail pressure so it can start.

I would also take a look at the fuel pressure regulator. It might also be a dirty fuel filter.
