This is kind of a stupid question, but I can't find a answer for it, and I don't feel like crawling under my truck in 6" of snow and trying to figure it out.
I have a 1980 F-150. It has two horns on it. Now what I want to do is put a Dixie horn on it. What I was wondering is if each button on the steering wheel sets of a separate horn (Two buttons two horns), or if they both go off at the same time.

Thanks
I would like to put the dixie air horns as a back up novelty horn for my mercury but I want too much out of them, to be able to hide them where you get the sound but you dont see them.
On the horn though if you really want it check out Wolo I think is the name of the company they have air horns that uses plastic trumpets with color coded nipples on the electric air pump that you plug the hoses into. all you do then is just press your single horn button and the motor comes to life pumping air out in order to the different trumpets.
They also have an electric one but the electric one last I seen plays the first 12 notes of dixie musically not like the air horn that plays it through air horn trumpets.
After looking at prices I think my stock ford horn (And my 30/06) are good enough.
Same thing I ended up doing. Just bought a C note Low (I think it was C note low) to go with the C note High that the previous owner had on there. It sounded too whimpy. Sounds stock now but I also think it would be nice to get one of those electric air horns that sounds like a train. But not for no $200+ when I got the low note horn for $12.
