If you have diesel emissions in your state it's a horrible deal, if not go for it.

Is it just that kit or all of them cause emission problems?

Its not that kit its any kit that changes any function of the EGR system, the way it came from the factory. changing emission stuff is a violation of federal law. but if you live in TN like i do we have no laws
