ecu update worth it?

I have an 04 f350 6.0 edge juice attitude, workhorse chip and 4" turbo back exhaust. I was looking through alldata the other day and notices there is a fairly new update for the ecu dealing with multiple things including cold start issues. It is around $100 to have it done and wanted to know if anyone has had the update or if its worth it.

Depending on when your truck was flashed last, I'd say it was a very good update, especially for the fuel injector control module. It definitely helps with cold start issues.
