What to do?
Ok guys, I have explored the realm of a engine swap and have came up empty handed.
I have a 94 2wd with a 300/e4od combo....the tranny needs dropped and rebuilt anyways, so I was figuring what the heck in trms of engine swapping...I know I can use a 302/351 v8 for the engine with my e4od, so whats my best bet? As FI 351's are scarce around here and 302's are abundant its obvious....But the ONLY way I will do a swap is to add MAF....simple as that...the engine will be built and I wanna play with the settings...any info is appreciated

Well, my original plan was to swap in the 351w/AOD I already own...But I don't think the truck speedo will work, which is fine, as already have one...That registered for 140mph :O (old crown vic of mine)
the 351 is carbed, and from what I gather, unless I want a BIG headache, the e4od won't work computer/wiring wise....just was asking for input on a simple, plug an play sorta deal....I mean I know that NOTHING swapped on these trucks are truly plug and play, but something I can accomplish in days vs weeks....thank again all
