Need Chip Info...

Hey guys, I'm writing for my mom today. She has a '97 Expedition, with the Eddie Bauer package, all time 4 wheel drive, and normal 4 wheel drive. It has an auto. trans. and a 5.4L Triton V8. Now that that's out of the way! My question is, which chip will give her the best performance, while using normal gas? She wants the most horsepower, and torque, and the best shifts, while using normal gas. How much do you think it would cost?
