The truck sat a little lower in the back but wasn't bad. Pulling all that in tow/haul mode I didn't even know I had a load until I hit a bump. The weirdest thing about that trailer is that when we bought that trailer new, every other one on the lot of the same brand had the tires sitting like that. It was a little pricey for a utility but from what I've read online, people said they handle waaaay more weight than what the manufacturer suggests. Im guessing its in their design. I've put that trailer through tons of abuse. I love it!

What killed the Big White!!!

Wasn't to big of a load but the big white gave up on us moving this one. 10x40 Mobile home park model. In reverse backing up hill was the trick. It blew the transmissioin. It is pouring transmission fluid in between the engine and transmission. 2002 Ford F250 4x4 crew cab V10 automatic transmission.
Trav

Sorry for night photos thats when we pulled it.
I am going to try a rebuild kit but don't know got to ask the guys on FTE here if they know.

Sorry about the tranny... bummer. Try backing up in 4Lo next time, that should help.

He was in 4 HI but it wasn't because of that it was because my dad was pushing it to hard and knew that the truck was hot I mean thier was steam just pouring out from under the hood. But oh well I am going to try and find out what is wrong because I want to get this truck back on the road.

That's some weight you were moving there. Bummer your father wiped out the tranny. Hopefully the engine survived.

we have pulled way bigger loads. 12x50s double wides and even tons of scrap metal. But not in reverse the time of it. It is my dad's truck really but we both take care of it so we call it ours. The engine is running strong thankfully. I have noticed that especially on these V10s they just kill the transmission way before the engine.

That's good to know. I wonder if the manual is the weak point in mine? Theoretically, the clutch should be the weak point.

It has 134000 miles. But I think I got good news one of the guys told me that when they overheat they spit tranny fluid out so maybe we just have to replace the cooler and flush the system then we are in bussiness. I hope it is then we are back to hauling everything once again.
