My '96 Bronco has what I call vents in the front bumper, but I have seen a couple of '95's with the vents. So, what years were these vents standard equipment?
And by now it depends on who has swapped them onto older models as far back as 92... or even older if they have swapped the front clip to the 92+ styling.
The bumper with the vents were standand on the diesels, but in 95 the Eddie Bauer trucks received the vented bumpers also. When a woman ran into my 94, I replaced the bumper with a vented bumper.

The vented bumper is my favorite. It was on diesel and EB trucks. I have seen a few 94s with it, but its mostly on 95 and newer. I have seen some 95-96 trucks that didn't have it. I replaced the regular one with the impact strip for the vented type and have one on my truck. Its perfect for Hella 550 lights.
Search Ford bumpers, 95, F SuperDuty and the diesel bumpers with air holes pops up. U can also get the brackets with the face bar along with all of the molding pieces and rub strips.
Recently replaced mine on the boom truck (93) and it looks 100% nicer. In that era F series, all the body parts are interchangeable from F150 through F SuperDuty.
Although I didnt buy from US Auto, I got the same (import) locally to avoid shipping $$. Its actually not a bad piece, a little lighter than OEM but fit and finish were on the money. Shot the backside with rustproofer after cleaning it thoroughly and waxed the chrome plating. Not bad for around 200 bucks all inclusive.
