Fuel Gauge problem
2005 F-350 Dually 6.0 Diesel - the fuel guage was on 3/4 then over a few days it went torwads 1/2, then i get in and start it and the guage is below empty. i go directly to a filling station, fill the tank, it takes only 18 gallons, guage goes to full
any one have any problem with the fuel gauge going to empty when it gets to 1/2 empty? Sending unit problems?

I doubt it...... unless it continues to happen. Do you turn the key to OFF while you are fueling?
If it continues to do something like this, remove the ground lead off your battery (s) for a few minutes then reconnect and if it continues to be faulty.
