I tried to check my VIN for assembly info on one of the Ford VIN Websites only to find that my 5,6,7th (F26) numbers don't exist, nor does the 8th (H). The Truck is a 97 F250 HD 4X4, 351 Regular Cab, Styleside. The site shows it should be F28 (F28 — F-250 Styleside, 4x4) 5-7th number, and there is no "H" listed in Engines. Where is this going wrong? I bought the truck new so I know the VIN shouldn't have any issues.

After digging a little deeper on different sites, I found what I was looking for. Why the first few sites showed it wasn't a valid number, yet knowing it was, I don't know.
