Expedition AC Problem
I have a 97 Expedition blowing luke warm air.I evacuated and recharge the system all pressures are good.I blocked off the heater hoses and and know the system gets cold. The parts man at ford claims there isnt a heater control valve on this vehicle.
Does anyone know this system that can give me some direction.

Expedition AC Problem
I don't know this system real well yet as it is still new and hasn't made it into independant shops yet. But I can confirm that it does not have a heater control valve. It relies on a blend air door which is not run by vacuum or cables any longer. I believe it now has a small motor to move the door and that is probably where your problem will be found
