03 Auto Climate control malfunction
I was wondering if anyone here has a good resource for either a new auto climate control or a place/website that rebuilds them? I have an 03 Supercrew 4x4 Lariat with the auto climate control system that likes to vent the heat where ever it pleases....I hit the floor setting and it goes to defrost, I hit the vent and sometimes it works and other times it goes to defrost also. Now that winter is here it's getting anoying 
I have found a guy on E-bay that will rebuild them for $289 plus shipping, which compared to what the stealership wants ($600+) is not bad. So before taking the plunge with this guy on E-bay I thought I'd ask here as there seems to be a lot of good resources.

This is funny, I think I just answered my own question! I found this post on another forum for what sounds like a cheap and promising repair for the problem I have. For anyone else having this same issue check this out....http://www.f150online.com/forums/hva...buildable.html

More good info, that's why I love this site! I haven't had a chance to check but will this weekend, hopefully with a fix! I was bummed about havin to shell out for a new/rebuilt one! Thanks Steve(ill)!!
