A couple weeks ago my wife noticed water pooling on the driver's side floormat, so we took it in and they replaced the seal on the roof of the cab- problem fixed. Then the other day she noticed a few drops coming from the Oh $#it handle on the passenger side. Not as bad a leak, but still, there is an airbag in the A-pillar and that is where the water is coming from. Gotta take the truck back in tonight and leave it... Hope they don't give me another crappy Ranger as a loaner.
Sure seems like these trucks might be quite prone to leaks... My buddy's '09 regular cab leaked at the 3rd brake light and messed up his headliner. They replaced the headliner and everything and it is fixed now. Glad yours is leak free again.
We had a Pontiac G5 in work the other day with water leaks on both sides of the rear headliner. We lowered it and saw that the 2 drain lines for the sunroof had clogged and came off, causing water to travel to the rear corners. So if anyone has a sunroof, keep the drains clean or the bad weather can invite itself in un- invited.
I believe our trucks where built around the same time if I remember correctly.
There is a TSB for the satelite antenna leaking, if it's built before mid Jan. 2010.
