head gasket - again?

dealer replaced the head gasket on my F250 crew/2007/6.0 exactly 1 yr ago @72k miles. A week after the repair I returned to the dealer with an empty coolant reservoir. They filled it with some white foamy liquid - I assume it was some sort of block sealer... Now @ 95k miles - 3k miles ago it started using antifreeze again - about a gallon/1000 miles if I'm towing my 9k lb trailer, little to none if not towing. There are no visible leaks or drips on the driveway.

Concerned the head gasket may be on it's way out again, but with just a few k left on the warranty, whats to prevent the dealer from pouring more block seal in it again and sending me on my way? I'm not a gear head, but know where the motor is... not sure what my next move is - I don't trust my local dealer..

any advice would be appreciated - thx

Take it back and politely tell them that you want it fixed and not patched and that whatever is done will be sent to Customer care.
