oil pan help

I have a 1976 f100 2wd 3 on the tree. no power steering brakes, etc. It currently has a straight 6 in it that has a blown head gasket. I have a 347 stroker fresh on a stand in by garage. the pan that is on the motor is from a Mustang II. I dont think it will fit, so I looked on jegs and found one, but it says it will also fit MII's. so i have 2 q's here. will the pan fit, and what else will I need for the swap. I also plan on putting in a fresh C-4 out of the same MII. thank in advance

I think it will fit , ford v/8s have front sump pans on them and clear the crossmember.

You'll need a front sump pan, not sure too many guys have been able to fit a rear sump into a 2wd.
