460 emissions delete

460 emissions delete
while i have the motor out of my truck, i figured i would try to get rid of as much emissions as i could. has anyone ever deleted their smog pump or any vacuum canisters on a fuel injected 460? its out of a 1996 f250. if so, what belt size needs to be used to bypass the smog pump?

You have very little (if anything) to gain by removing emissions equipment. With a fuel injected engine, you will most likely make it run worse, or not run at all. The computer controlling the engine is expecting all of the emission equipment to be there and functioning.
