First of all full size Broncos don't have cam pulleys . They do have crankshaft pulleys (that would be the pulley at the bottom of the engine). What you most likely have is a harmonic balancer gone bad . The balancer bolts to the crankshaft with one very large bolt in the center . Then a crankshaft pulley bolts to it usually with four small bolts.
The balancer can be gotten from Autozone #594-024 or NAPA # 600-5225 either for about $60.00 . I am guessing You have 5.0 L
These balancers are made of two pieces pressed together with a rubber between them and over time this rubber fails causing the two pieces to separate causing vibration and rattling noise .
