damn cel

93 f150 5L 4x4 supercab
gonna start from the begining in the begining of the summer i swaped out the motor with a junk yard motor that had 70,000 on the truck and the motor in the truck had less then 50 miles on it. i know this because there was a casper decal on the block and the papper work in the glove box. when i got the motor home i changed every gasket and sensor on the motor. when i went to swap out the injectors the was 8 different injectors in the motor different sizes and lengths. i drove the truck with the new motor for over a month doing about 200 miles a week every thing was good no codes or anything. so i went ahead and did a timing bump not for performance but to see if i could get better mpg it is a truck after all. i picked up a msd coil, cap and rotor also got autolight copper core plugs and ford performance wires. set the plugs at .055 and reset the timing at 13 deg. i had no nocking no pinging everything was good. drove for a couple more weeks i had great throttle and top end after the bump but my mpg stayed the same and lost alittle on the bottom end. so i set the timming back to 10 deg but did not regap the plugs. i like the power on the bottom end. about a week later i started getting a cel but only under load and as soon as i let off the throttle it would go out. when i pulled the codes i would get 111 twice and then 33 and 44. i moved on to the koer codes and would get 311,337 and 538. now i have done this so many times and i am doing the goose test dont know why im getting that code. well yesterday the cel came on full time does not shut off and it stall out on me twice. ok ran the codes again and get 33 then a long pause then 7 and yes the 7 came up by its self it then moved on to the stored codes and oddly enough i get 32,7,33,2,33,4,32,7,33,7,33,4 now i dont need to be told thats impossible i know this but this is what its doing i ran the codes several times yesterday and have done this so many times with out any trouble also it wont stop spitting out these random single numbers. i sat there for twenty min reading them and they never stoped always with a 33 or 32 between them. alright i stop waiting for that to come to an end and move on to the koer test and get the same 311,337 and 538 now like i said before i am doing the goose test i also do the brakes and overdrive botton test. what the hell is going on here. i have checked every wire every plug every hose the egr valve is new the egr psition sensor is new and the egr regulator is new. like i mentioned before when i swaped the motor i changed everything with name brand parts not that cheap chain auto parts store crap that goes bad before you even install it

Your truck is 3 digit codes, so look at it like this,

32,7,33,2,33,4,32,7,33,7,33,4

327,332,334,327,337,334

Your second 7 might be a 2, or first 2 might should be a 7.

Run it again thinking 3 digit.

All codes given will be 3 digit from your 93.

The fact the codes run through and repeat a second time, perhaps that might give you impression they never stop?

That's cheaper than going to the mechanic to read the codes.

ok there is no vacum going to anything on the egr system. nothing in or out of the regulator or the position sensor also there is no vacum going to the coffee can looking thing at any rpm range no vacume leaks but plenty of vacum coming from the intake got dark out gonna take a better look in the am. there is 5 lines coming from the intake the one for the brake booster one line going to a rectangle box on the fire wall with a plug going to it (anybody know what this is) there is no line coming out of it. then there is three small plastic lines that run down behind the motor and back out the passenger side do these lines connect to anything behind the motor. cant remember when i had the motor out
